No, that won’t work. Our device is designed to work with our Oral Serum Pod. If you pour in other brands of mouthwash, the formula may not dissolve properly and the device could get clogged or fail to work. For best results, fill the tank with clean water and use it together with our Oral Serum Pod.
No. Our pods contain concentrated essence and are designed to be used only with the Oral Fresh Hub for safe and effective dilution. Using them directly is too strong and not recommended. If mixed with water by hand, the ratio may be off, which can cause poor results or even irritation. We cannot take responsibility for problems caused by improper mixing.
We recommend changing the filter every 3 months. After about 3 months, the filter loses its effectiveness and can no longer block out impurities, which may affect the water flow. If not replaced, bacteria buildup could occur. To keep things clean, swap out the filter on schedule and rinse the water tank regularly. This prevents scale buildup and keeps the water flow smooth.
Dental plaque is basically a sticky biofilm of bacteria on your teeth. It forms from food debris, saliva proteins, and bacteria, creating a layer that clings to tooth surfaces. This environment allows harmful bacteria to thrive and produce acids, which can lead to cavities, gum disease, and other oral problems. That’s why our products are designed to fight plaque on multiple levels—to reduce the chance of oral disease.
Pregnant women should avoid fluoride mouthwash. Children age 6 and above, as well as adults, can use it. The dilution ratio depends on the care mode, and the dosage may vary. For children, the maximum recommended single use is 10ml.
